Icona Pop - "All Night"

I'm back! It's only been, oh, six months, but I've returned from the abyss and I'm back to deliver the latest and greatest in P.P.P. (Pure Pop Perfection). Now, on to the important stuff...

Icona Pop have released a brand-spanking-new single, "All Night," and it's everything I need to get past the infectious (and sometimes over-whelmingly over-played) "I Love It."



The new drop from the Swedish duo is the same bumping pop beat and chant-song greatness that was "I Love It," which is probably why–no pun intended–I love it. It's a perfect release for the end of the Summer, a time when we all would rather be out partying instead of doing adult things. I predict a hit.

"All Night" will serve as Icona Pop's lead single on their upcoming U.S. debut album This Is...Icona Pop. Look for the album on shelves on September 24th, courtesy of Atlantic Records. I'm thrilled with this single, and seriously can't wait for Caroline and Aino to blow up here in the States. It's been long enough, and I'm ready to move past the magic that was "I Love It" and turn Icona Pop into true pop legends.
