Marking a new direction in her career, Ellie Goulding has released a cover of Active Child's "Hanging On," featuring a verse near the end by Tinie Tempah. Still reeling from the massive success of her uh-mazing single "Lights" in the US, Ellie is currently working on her second album, set to be released this year. It's been two years since we've heard anything from Goulding and she has really gone for it with "Hanging On." Straying from the more up-beat and cheery sounds from Lights, she's gone toward a darker, more electronic sound that I couldn't be happier about.
